A Contemporary Restaurant Build on Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles

Located on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, this restaurant was designed and built to balance atmosphere with performance. The goal was to create a warm, inviting dining space that supports the pace and demands of daily service.

Heart Construction delivered a commercial restaurant build, coordinating structure, systems, and finishes to support both front-of-house experience and back-of-house operations. An open bar and kitchen anchor the space, while exposed ceilings, integrated lighting, and durable materials create a setting built to perform day after day.

The result is a restaurant that feels confident, functional, and seamlessly integrated into Melrose’s evolving commercial landscape.
