My journey in construction began over 24 years ago—not with a master plan, but with a real passion for building spaces that matter. I’ve always believed a home is more than walls or square footage—it’s a place that shapes how people live, connect, and grow.

I started Heart Construction to do more than just build houses. I wanted to build with purpose, creating spaces that feel right for the people who live in them. Every project is an opportunity to design something intentional, to blend beauty, function, and meaning. I lead with integrity, work with urgency, and stay closely involved from start to finish—because that’s how you create something that truly lasts.

Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from full custom homes to meticulous remodels. No matter the scale, my approach is the same: be present, stay invested, and make sure the space reflects the people it’s for. With 15 years of crafting hospitality experiences, from restaurants to private members clubs, Asaf brings refined design sensibility and hands-on expertise to each project.

His global real estate work spans the U.S., Asia, and Central America, where he has honed a deep understanding of local context and culture.

During his seven years in the renewable energy sector, Asaf developed a sharp focus on energy-efficient systems and sustainable practices.

This experience now shapes his eco-conscious approach to homebuilding, especially in California and Washington.

What truly sets him apart is his ability to design not just how a space looks, but how it makes people feel.
